Zhuohang was founded in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in CNC precision machining. We specialize in the manufacturing, assembly, sales, and import & export services of high-precision and complex components.
We have a dedicated 6800 sqm facility and employ over 100 skilled technicians. Equipped with state-of-the-art production and inspection equipment, our factory houses more than 80 sets of precision machines such as 3-5 axis CNC machining centers, simultaneous 5-axis machining machines, 5-axis Milling-Turning machines, Swiss-type CNC lathes, precision grinders, Wire EDM machines, and more. Additionally, we have over 20 sets of precision inspection devices, including coordinate measuring machines, optical CMMs, height gauges, microscopes, roughness testers and X-ray fluorescence(XRF) spectrometers.

Typically, they employ methods of surface treatment such as ordinary anodizing, hard anodizing, galvanization, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, chrome plating, brushing, mirror polishing, powder coating, and painting, etc., and methods of heat treatment such as vacuum, bright, carburizing, nitriding, and stress relief aging, etc.
